Product Ordering Information

When placing an order through www.roonlabs.eu, you will find the inventory status of each product clearly indicated on the product page.

Inventory Status

• In Stock:
  Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business day. All orders placed on Friday after 14:00 (GMT +1) will be shipped on the following Monday.
• Pre-order:
  Should a product be out of stock, you have the option to pre-order for delivery from the next production run. An estimated shipping time will be provided on the product page.

Delivery is available in the EU (European Union), Norway and Switzerland*.  Available shipping options will appear at checkout when you enter a shipping address.  Orders are subject to carrier restrictions and delays, which may impact delivery times. You are responsible for contacting Roonlabs.eu (sales@roonlabs.eu) regarding any claims for damaged and/or lost shipments.

*For Switzerland Roonlabs.eu only offers the Nucleus One. Nucleus Titan sales in Switzerland is carried by Da Capo Distribution Manser, contact email: mail@dcdm.ch
