We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") refers to Headfinest B.V.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on our website.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the website operated by Headfinest B.V.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your Order within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement via our contact form.
We will reimburse you within 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the Order. If your payment details have changed, please notify us to avoid any delays. Please note that all transactions are processed in Euros (€), and we cannot be held responsible for any currency exchange fluctuations that may impact the refunded amount.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were received in the last 30 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging and retail box, undamaged.
- The Goods are not damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before shipping the Goods.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a minimum 15% restocking fee at our discretion if the above conditions are not met.
Defective Product Returns
Within the warranty period:
- Goods determined to be defective within 30 days of delivery are eligible for exchange at no cost.
- For defects identified after 30 days, Goods will be repaired or replaced based on our warranty policy.
Out of the warranty period:
- Non-warranty returns are subject to repair and shipping fees.
Open Box Items:
- Eligible for repair or replacement with an equivalent open box item only.
Damaged Product Returns
For returns due to carrier damage, please notify us within ten calendar days of receiving the shipment. Goods damaged by misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns Process
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel the purchase agreement within 30 days of delivery as long as all return conditions are met. Headfinest B.V. will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving and reviewing the returned Goods.
Return shipping within the EU: You are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held liable for lost or delayed returns.
